Russia hit Ukraine in the manner of cruise shells from the Black and Caspian Seas, and hypersonic grenades from Crimean airspace, Russia’s explanation ministry said Sunday.
Ministry of excuse spokesman Igor Konashenkov said Russia had attacked Ukraine’s military infrastructure on Saturday night and Sunday morning.
“The Kalibr cruise missile was launched from the waters of the Black Sea at the Nizhyn factory repairing Ukrainian armored vehicles damaged in battle,” he said.
Similar grenades were in addition to in flames from the Caspian Sea and hypersonic Kinzhal (Dagger) missiles from Crimean airspace to ruin fuel storage depots belonging to the Ukrainian military, Konashenkov said.
Crimea is a peninsula in Ukraine that was annexed by Russia in 2014.
Russia has also hit Ukraine’s military preparation center, where foreign fighters have joined Kiev’s forces.
